Mamman Bukar Zargana is a C-Suite seasoned Investment Banker with over twenty [20] years in-depth experience in Corporate and Investment Banking. He has core competences in Leadership and Management; Privatization and Public-Private Partnership; M&A Appraisal and Valuation; Credit and Debt Restructuring; Financial Modelling; Valuation and Fairness Option; Strategic Advisory Services and Debt/ Equity Capital Markets.
He is a Director in several companies including: Multiverse Mining and Exploration; Platform Capital Investment Partners; Bruem Energy and Mainstreet Bank Capital Limited. Mamman was Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Mainstreet Bank Capital Limited for seven (7) years before opting out but currently serves on the Board as a Director. Presently, he is the Chief Economic Intelligence Officer of HG Salvia Advisory; a position he held before his appointment as a Member of the Investments & Securities Tribunal.
He had served as adviser to top companies involved in exploiting various investment opportunities in the Nigerian Capital Market, including sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Agriculture and Agro-allied, Technology and Telecommunications.
He has raised over Five Hundred Billion Naira in various Private Placements, Public Offerings, and Corporate/State and Federal Government Bonds. He had also participated in several successful advisories on restructuring of corporations, divestments, capital raising and securitizations. He has had several international trainings and exposures in the International Financial Markets.
He holds a Master of Science degree in International Finance & Economic Policy, from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom, 2003; a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Lagos State University, Lagos State, 2006; Advanced Certificate in Investment Banking, Swiss Finance Academy, Geneva, Switzerland, 2008 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State, 1998.
Mamman is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Capital Market Registrars; Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria; Member, Corporate Finance Institute; Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management; Associate, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and a certified Public-Private Partnership Specialist, among other professional qualifications.
